Sapun Ta’ Malta is a micro handmaking soap brand based in Kalkara, a small seaside Maltese village.
We specialise in the manufacture, production and sale of small batch luxurious handmade soaps, containing seasonal Maltese vegetables, fruits, herbs & Milks directly sourced from local Maltese farmers.
Our unique range of handmade Maltese soap only contains seasonal Maltese vegetables, fruits, herbs & milks directly sourced from local Maltese farmers.
Only Maltese products
We follow the slow cold-process hand method in producing our range of Maltese handmade soap; no heat is applied throughout the production processes, leaving the soap to cure naturally for prolonged periods of time.
Milk from the best farms
We aim to produce good, honest, humble soap and by doing so, we commit ourselves to the highest ethical transparent business practises in all aspects of soap manufacture from creation, local and international sourcing of raw material, and sales.
It doesn’t contain any additives
We only use completely natural ingredients in the production of our soap, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
We are an official recognised member of the French/ European ‘ASSOCIATION DES NOUVEAUX SAVONNIERS’
Sapun Ta’ Malta is the first Maltese soap brand to be awarded the international PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) Leaping Bunny seal by animals rights organisation.
The seal confirms that none of our raw material, third party suppliers, or final products are tested or will be ever tested on animals.
